Sofa Couch, Chair & Swivel Chair Living Room Set

Thanks for checking out my listing! • If this post is up, it's still available. • $275 ( fairly negotiable) • Pickup only. Please bring help to load. This living room set includes: • Sofa • Matching chair • Swivel (spinning) chair • Accent pillows shown in the photos The furniture has been well cared for in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. All cushion covers and pillows have been freshly washed and cleaned. Overall, it's in good condition with plenty of life left. There are a few minor scuff marks on the back rail of the sofa from normal wear (shown in the photos). One section of the sofa has a slight give underneath the cushion from normal use. Removable support boards are currently placed underneath the cushions for added support, and it still sits comfortably and functions well. Great for a first apartment, college apartment, game room, or rental property. Thanks for looking! Serious inquiries only, please.
