Meinl Percussion Woodcraft Professional Series Cajon (box drum) and padded travel case

*Meinl WCP100 Woodcraft Professional Cajon *Travel case for carrying and protecting it between gigs This was a gift from a friend and has been played maybe twice. It is truly “like new.” New they would cost you $270 plus tax. Here they can be yours for the low low price of $150. Come and get ‘em! More about it: Meinl’s top-of-the-line Woodcraft cajon, ready for the stage, the studio, or the living room. The WCP100 has a 12mm Baltic birch shell, the same wood used in high-end guitar cabinets. It gives the drum a full, mature tone, plenty of projection, and the toughness to hold up to gigging and touring. The frontplate is Makah burl, picked for its striking figure as well as its tone. Inside, fixed micro-coiled steel strings give you a crisp, responsive snare-like snap on backbeats and clear articulation for finger work. The rounded corners are easy on your hands and legs through long sets.
