2010 HONDA CR-V EX-L

Selling our 2010 Honda CR-V that we owned for last 5 years. Its a high mileage car with a few maintenance needs so appreciate if you read all of the description. What's good: - Clean Title, - Emissions passed, good through 07/27 - Leather seats with heating - Driver side has a large rip and needs replacement - Android Head Unit with upgraded backup camera/Bluetooth - Upgraded LED Headlights, Rear Lights, Indicators, Tail Brake - Backseats barely used and looks almost new inside - Front camera for recording - Regular full synthetic oil change Maintenance work completed since 2021 using after market parts (mainly) worth around $6-7K: - Battery, Alternator, Starter - All 4 shocks replaced - Front brakes and rotors, Sway bar links - Serpentine belt, Tensioner-pulley, - New Engine Mounts, spark plugs, engine filter - Front tires replaced little back, rear ones replaced a while back. - OEM Oxygen Sensors  - Catalytic converter replaced few months ago - Engine light comes on intermittently - Front CV axles both sides and CV axles seals What's not good/needs maintenance: - Driver side CV axle seal leaks often. It is highly recommended to change the transmission as it can cause issues when running low . Would avoid going on highway in current state. - Engine oil needs top off as high mileage. I would say around 1 quart/1k miles. - Has rust underneath with recall work for rust completed at Honda dealership. - Mileage discrepancy since the time we bought it. - 1 key and needs programming The car is sold AS IS. We can discuss cost of addressing maintenance needs with a mechanic. Will meet at the local DMV to sign over/take payment.
