Starts and runs/drives. Has cutting deck included not in picture.just installed brand New solenoid and new battery Used it with plow again this winter. Thinking about selling because I been selling off my older model stuff.have newer stuff to work on. If I get right price I will part. Very sought after model with rate vertical motor and shaft. It's highest rated pulling tractor...Has twice pulling and weight power of modern tractor. It's steel so still solid. Have chains for tires as well as a dethatcher. I been using for years to plow and move logslitter around ten acre property. Asking $750 . If it don't sell I will be painting and restoring in few weeks and selling for $1500
