24 inch diameter industrial type air handler or fan

I bought this fan to move air in my house. It worked very well and now I don't need it. My A/C is working OK now. This fan will draw air really well and the 3 speeds give you great versatility to pull more or less air through the house and out. Will vent large areas as my house is 1799+ SQ FT. My neighbors use a room A/C, but this fan will cool a room quick by replacing the air inside with outside air. I have attached pictures showing other fans and their pricing. I bought this fan for $200 and if you need a versatile fan, this is a great deal. It is made entirely of metal, with wheels to easily move, and fan can be tilted many angles up or down
