A real leather, three seat, dual power recline media sofa. Originally purchased through Macy's for $1300. It has an all steel frame and weighs approximately 225 pounds. You'll need 4 strong guys to come with to get it out of the house and loaded. I need it gone so the spare room can be set up as an actual spare room.
