There's nothing better than an honest mechanic. And that's exactly what I found at Top Notch Auto. I'm a woman that knows nothing about car engines. I did the Google thing and thought it was my catalytic converter. Called them and told them what I thought it was and they said bring it down right now. They absolutely could have told me I needed a new catalytic converter and I would have spent thousands. Turns out my muffler had a little clog and I paid $30. I'm a customer for life. Great experience buying a used truck (used dealership photo). I worked with Josh who was awesome listening and understanding exactly what I needed. And he was so good working out the details of trading in my two other trucks. I love the truck I bought and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a "quality" used vehicle. I also want to give a shoutout to the young lady working as the receptionist (sorry, don't remember her name). She was so friendly, well informed, and made sure everyone who came in was helped quickly. She gives the dealership a great first impression! I will definitely come to this dealership the next time I need a "new to me" vehicle!

Had a unique situation needing to sell our full size SUV to buy a 4x4 truck and mid-size SUV, and still keep our total monthly payment around the same amuont. Mike and Josh went above and beyond! They gave us more for our trade-in than any other dealership had offered, found us a truck and SUV that were both newer and even nicer than we expected we'd have to settle for given our situation, and the combined payments on them ended up being less than the one monthly payment on the SUV we traded in. True class to help us out when they could've easily taken advantage of a desperate situation

I worked with Cruz to purchase my 2014 Jeep Wrangler, and the service itself was smooth — I was in and out much faster than at a dealership.

That said, I’ll be honest: the vehicle had clearly not been well maintained. I own and operate a mechanic shop, and upon inspection, I found that no prior maintenance had been done. I ended up putting about $2,000 into repairs and maintenance just to bring it up to standard and address several leaks.

Additionally, they don’t wash the car or fill up the tank after purchase. For the amount of money spent, I would’ve expected at least a basic cleaning, a full tank of gas, and some attention to the vehicle’s upkeep before selling. They did put new tires …

Because of these issues, I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I wouldn’t have returned the car but you would think a company would take care of the cars.

wn & couldn’t get the car to him) only to find out they wouldn’t take the car back because the transmission has been removed which is the only way we could get a full unbiased diagnostic which means we’d had to pay our mechanic for the labor and coolant leak he fixed we decided to not return it back to them because we cannot trust them.  We haven’t even made a payment on this car yet and we’re forced to pay for the repairs and rental car while we wait for the parts and repairs by our mechanic shop.  I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened as we really thought they would do their due diligence as a dealership with a mechanic & inspect their cars thoroughly. Should’ve known something wasn’t right since they sold us a car that needed an oil change which is an extremely simple job.  Do not buy a vehicle from them without your own mechanic.  Should’ve followed my gut when my husband opened the hood in front of their sales person and I saw smoke coming from a part of the engine but Cruz our sales person brushed off as the car having not being started after a while & Josh stating it wasn’t a big deal per his mechanic.
