Serta electric adjustable bed frame, Queen

Serta baselogic bronze adjustable bed frame with wired remote. Queen size. UNUSED. My mom (Senior citizen) bought this brand new ($599)and paid for tax and delivery but because they delayed closing on her house a few times, by the time she got her house and it was delivered she realized the base frame wouldn’t work with the bedroom set she bought. When the house delayed she called the store to cancel her order and she was told she didn’t need to cancel that they can just hold it and it wouldn’t affect her. Well when she attempted to return it just a week or so after she moved in she was told her return window expired before she even had the product. She’s just trying to get her money back. It’s brand new in the box. The box its self is a little damaged from her trying to push it into the closet to get it out of her way. LOCATED in Sun City near Boswell hospital. $600 obo. Please do not lowball she’s really trying to get her money back.
