Vintage Morganton Mahogany End Table - McCobb Style Solid Wood

Beautiful vintage mahogany end table by Morganton Furniture Company of North Carolina - a true mid-century piece with clean, simple lines influenced by the Paul McCobb style. Morganton Furniture was a respected American maker known for high-quality craftsmanship and solid wood construction. The company was later acquired by Drexel Heritage in 1957, so this is not a modern reproduction - it is an authentic, well-built piece from America's golden era of furniture making. The table is structurally solid, made from genuine mahogany, and features a raised gallery edge and lower shelf. The finish shows normal wear and scratches from age, but nothing that a little restoration or refinishing couldn't bring back to its original beauty. Genuine Morganton brand mark on the underside. Solid mahogany wood - not veneer or particle board. Clean mid-century lines, Paul McCobb-inspired design. Structurally sound, just needs refinishing to shine again. $20. Local pickup only in Pelzer, SC.
