Very good condition. No tears or surface damage. Smoke and cat free home. No dogs allowed on sofa. Professionally wrapped and ready to move. Very comfortable and easy to clean with kids and pets. Over $3k new. There is also a couch with chaise/lounger that some some scratches on the chaise area available for $900 ($5k new). Priced with that minimal flaw in mind .
