Came here after everyone said a world of bs. Co-signer, super ridiculously downpayment that could buy a whole dang car!! But DAVID!!! This was by far the best experience looking for a vehicle. Was denied credit by so many dealers that claimed to help people with bad credit or a pasted repo! I purchased a vehicle from Dr. Auto Sales on August 22, 2025. Less than 8 months later, the engine blew while I was driving on the freeway. I had to coast to the side of the road, and my vehicle was down for approximately 4 months.

After multiple mechanics wouldn’t touch it, I took it to Kia. Kia quoted me $10,000 for a new engine on a vehicle that only cost me about $8,000 through the bank.

I contacted the dealership hoping they would work with me on a solution, possibly a vehicle swap. Instead, the best they offered was to put a used engine in it — which I would still have to pay for myself.

For a vehicle to have a catastrophic engine failure within 8 months, I expected the dealership to do much more to help.

DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT GETTING THE VEHICLE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BY YOUR OWN MECHANIC. I personally would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I wouldn't recommend dr.auto to anyone looking to buy a car. Let me explain my experience at this car dealership.

So me and my wife were looking to get a sub. While browsing on Craigslist we see a truck. We really liked so we go to there website and decide to apply online for the suv. They got finally reached out to us 5 days later.

They still had the vehicle so we sent in all the documents they needed. Took 2 more days for them to get back to us. They said we were pre approved with the down payment we had.

So we were invited by the sales person to take a look at the suv. If we liked it we would just sign some paperwork and we would be on our way. Seemed simple enough rite.

So we show up to the dealership and rite off the bat it seems pretty sketchy no one knew who we were and no idea we were going over there to take a look at the suv.

So finally we talked to the right person. So we looked at the suv and loved it. So we said we would like to buy it. And we were prepared with the down payment that we had and that was agreed upon. We were told the down payment we had was good enough which was $1500 down. Little did we know they just wanted to get us there just to get more money out of us.

We ended up having to put down $3500 and was told if we didn't take the gap insurance and extended warranty. They could not sell us the vehicle. They could not work with us on the price or anything in that matter.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy vehicle here at DR.AUTO!!
