My son in law Bought a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze he didn’t even have it for 2 days and the engine went bad. The car violently shook and the transmission came on. I believe they fixed it where it was off once you leave off the lot. We finally get the title in the mail and as a mother in law I see we were lied to. We sold the non driving car to a “We buy cash cars” and they explained the title is very bad when the salesman told us the title was blue. Also the miles was tampered with however we didn’t know until the title was mailed. Photos included. All I’m saying is beware and have your mechanic on call because it hurts to take a loss of $2500 cash +TTL. From the reviews it look like a legit used car dealership but ours was definitely a lemon.

Everything about this dealership is shitty, everyone is a liar. The cars are bogus as hell. I got a 2013 dodge Durango from them and bout time I drive home to Katy the check engine light was on and it was shaking and also smoking and overheating. Contacted hector and (I have proof of the conversation) he assured me they were gonna fix everything and take care of it. Everything was a lie, Hector is a liar, Brenda is a liar. Took the car back to them twice and they claim the issue was fixed but of course it was not. Took it to a mechanic and it’s the head gasket smh. I purchased the truck end of June, I still have not received the title or my plates. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER…All their gonna do is lie to you and bullshit you. $6700 down the drain

Update my wife purchased her truck from them end of June, I got my truck July 5th neither one of us have received our titles or plates. So this morning I decided to call the tax office to get a status on the title, the lady informed me that no paperwork was filed from JB MOTORS on either vehicle and said I need to contact them. I call and as usual no supervisor is there. If anyone is waiting on a title from them I advise you to call your local tax office to get a status on it. Also you may need to take legal action against this dealership because I will be.
