2003 Honda Civic

Please read description Computer needs to be programmed to immobilizer, dash will turn on but the car wont. I replaced the engine about a year ago with a used one from socal jdm in riverside ca. I got the engine replaced due to last one overheating. The replacement engine has about 40,000 to 80,000 miles. Once I replaced the engine it was running good for a week but due to a lose alternator it got shorted and fried the computer. I got a new computer but dont have the money to get it programmed. Car also owes 915$ in tags. I cant afford neither right now and dont want the car togo to waste thats the reason I'm selling it. 800 firm please only serious inquiries. I spent 800$ on the used engine and around 200$ + on the replacement computer. Im not trying to screw no one over.
