We live only about 10 mins from this location, after searching all over Houston looking for a cash car for my 16 yr old. We stopped by Uptown motors. My son had bought his first car a BMW X3, 3 years ago, from Uptown and it’s still going strong. She test drove a couple of cars in her price range, and settled on a Cadillac ATS, Angello, was super patient with us, especially around the holidays, because the bank put a hold on my daughters funds. He placed a courtesy hold on the car while we worked with the bank. He continued to work with us and she was able to purchase a nice clean car she is very proud of. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your patience with us, and making the buying process incredibly easy.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Mazda3 from Uptown Imports. The car itself is in excellent condition and drives perfectly. What really stood out was the communication – the team was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Definitely a positive experience!

Had an appointment for 10am 12/27 to look at a 2019 Mercedes Metris. We drove an hour to come look at this vehicle. We walked onto the lot and found the front door on our own since no one was there to greet us. We walked in and the receptionist greeted us (she was very polite and professional) however NO ONE ELSE came out to greet us in the 30 minutes we were there.

When we asked to see the Metris the receptionist said they had just started pulling out vehicles and it would be approximately 10 minutes. If someone has an appointment for a specific vehicle in the morning why would you park it in the back behind 45 other vehicles? We left at 10:30 and they still hadn’t gotten to the Metris to pull it out.

My husband took a look inside the Metris and was confused as to why the airbag light was on. The front bumper was misaligned and the left front fender was also misaligned. This car was advertised as Car Fax certified but Uptown Imports didn’t list ANY of the issues I listed above. People driving an hour would like to know if the airbag light is on before driving all the way out there.

Absolutely a disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I purchased a vehicle online from Uptown Imports after being assured by Angello that everything was in good condition. However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale.

The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I’d rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped — the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together.

None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I’ve received no response except "I will forward your message to the director"

I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?!

This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can’t stand behind what it sells—or even respond after the sale—that speaks volumes. I’ve waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. The only communication received from them was that my complaints are petty and I should enjoy the car! (with no audio system basically)

Buyers... beware!
