My wife and I are on our 4th Subaru and we absolutely love our Ascent! We have bought all four of our Subarus through Subaru Portland, and we won’t go anywhere else! Our Ascent did have a small defect and everyone at Subaru of Portland did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my car at Subaru of Portland. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made what is usually a long and stressful process feel much more manageable.

Ariana was the first person to reach out to me after I inquired online, and she was wonderful to work with—very personable and easy to talk to. She mentioned that she’s fairly new to her position but comes from a hospitality background like myself, and it really showed. She was warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience more comfortable.

I would absolutely recommend working with Ariana if you’re in the market for a new car. I’d also like to acknowledge the management team for clearly fostering a culture that values friendliness and professionalism throughout the dealership.

My experience at Subaru of Portland was great! I traded in my beloved 2013 Crosstrek for a 2026 Forester. This is my 4th Subaru. My Salesman Michael was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. He made the process go smoothly and took a lot of the stress out of it. The Finance team (Jared?) was also great! I left there a very happy customer.

Tony Castillo’s exceptional assistance and such remarkable kindness made my first-time Subaru (and first-time ever new car!) purchase an absolute dream of an experience this weekend, from start to finish! I still can't believe how incredibly generous he was with his time, listening and completely understanding exactly what I needed, and with never even a moment's pressure, helping guide me through all the different models and options to settle upon what ended up being the perfect decision for me (a beautiful 2026 Subaru Forester, with all the extra safety options I needed), and I truly cannot recommend him enough, and also Keith Mayers (who was a complete pleasure to meet and work with as well!), and the entire team at Subaru of Portland! It's funny to think how nervous I initially was about buying a new car, but from the very first call, Tony made me feel completely at ease, and his warmth, compassion, expertise, authenticity, and all-around realness made what could have been an intimidating experience for me a completely positive one instead! And the joy and confidence I experienced purchasing my Subaru from Tony and Keith, and how very kind and welcoming they both were to me through the whole experience, is something I will never forget. So just had to give them both and the entire team of Subaru of Portland a big shout out here! Best decision ever, and I couldn't be more grateful!
