We have bought 6 cars from them over the last 2-3 yrs, Tyler our salesperson, also the manager, have been great and always made sure we’re happy. Not just that but the cars have all been amazing too. This is a very busy dealership but that won’t stop us from buying a car again there. We just moved a year ago to Oceanside & I highly recommend you stopping in if you want a car. Andres was the first man we met on the lot & was the same man an hour later we bought the car from. Extremely knowledgeable, funny, caring & definitely not pushy. The salesman, Martin Ilievm, was excellent in response and service. Once turned over to Greg in the finance department, however, it became all about collecting more money. A Ultimate Care Agreement was offered at $3000+ and when declined, at $2000+, again declined. I was then told I had to buy the warranty to get a 2.99% finance rate and I could buy it for $1749. I was also told I could cancel it within 60 days, which I have been trying to do for a week! It is a convoluted process of automated emails. Sorry I didn't just pay cash and avoid the finance department.

We had a fantastic experience at BMW of Carlsbad! My husband and I recently purchased a used BMW X3, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish.

We scheduled an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle, and when we arrived, it was pulled up front and ready for us. Martin, our sales associate, was attentive and easy to work with. When we noticed a small issue with the car, he immediately took it seriously. While we started the paperwork, he had the vehicle brought back into the shop to have it properly checked out.

The foreman did a thorough job diagnosing and fixing the issue, which gave us so much confidence in our purchase. Tom, the sales manager, also made sure everything went smoothly and that we were well taken care of throughout the process.

We truly appreciate Martin, Tom, and the foreman for making this such a positive experience. We drove away feeling like we got a great deal and were treated with honesty and care. We would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from BMW of Carlsbad and having your BMW serviced there as well!
