Private party sale. Selling due to a downsizing move. Purchased brand new at Superstition Springs Lexus in Mesa. This is a very rare find as we are the original owners, and it’s a hard to find model especially in this pristine babied condition with extremely low miles. Was used as a secondary commuter vehicle primarily. It’s always been garaged in a climate controlled garage, has a perfect clean Carfax with over 30 maintenance records and was maintained mostly at the Lexus dealership and occasionally at other trusted certified shops. It’s had no accidents. There are over 30+ documented maintenance records included with purchase. These Lexus’s can easily go to 400-500k+ miles when routinely maintained, they are extremely reliable. It’s a 2008 Lexus IS 250 V6 rear wheel drive model, fully loaded. Excellent mechanical & cosmetic condition. It looks practically brand new, probably the best condition one on the market, far above average condition for the year overall and it’s been meticulously maintained. All mileage maintenance milestones have already been done. It’s in fantastic condition, drives like new. Interior is excellent & extremely clean! Non smoker car, no pets or children have been in it. Paint and body are still immaculate. Overall condition is 9.8/10. There may be a very minor negligible blemish here or there, but it’s quite impressive and the miles are still crazy low. All factory recommended and preventative maintenance was always done on time or early. Has only 62K miles, which isn’t even broken in for an IS 250, it’s ready to go another 30+ years. It has an entire life ahead of it still. All fluids, brake rotors and pads were done very recently. All struts have been replaced. Tires are are excellent with only around 5k miles on them. We only used full synthetic oil in it, this car is worry free and priced below its market and carfax history based value given how rare, well cared for and low mileage it is.
