24 foot trailer. 24' from front compartment. 27' from tongue to rear. Galvanized trailer frame with aluminum 1/4" diamond plate flooring. Front compartment is 72"w x70" l made of aluminum . Has 2 large doors and big fuel tank with gauge. No fuel lines. Tandem axles with 6000 pound rating each. ST 225x75x15 tires with galvanized rims. 4 stabilizing jacks. Heavy duty tie downs. 2 5/8 " hitch coupler. Needs new lights and wiring. Has brakes but needs wiring. Enclosure is 6'x8' outside with insulated solid walls. Inside is 65x87" and 77" height. Has an aluminum counter. Interior lights and 3 outlets. Full rubber matt flooring. Small sliding window. Door with lock and key and closing mechanism. Fire extinguisher. Also has exterior outlets and light switches. Needs an exterior light fixture. Comes with a 6000 watt diesel northern lights generator. Generator runs but needs some kind of adjustment. Generator has an aluminum enclosure, battery, and aluminum enclosure for battery. Extra air and oil filters. Enclosure has an overhead AC but not working. Was going to use it as a hunting cabin but change of plans. Selling it all as a package. Can discuss delivery $3600 obo.
