I was in a tough spot financially and had never pawned anything in my life. Jim, and Angela made me feel secure and treated me with respect and courtesy. It was like I had known them for years. Fantastic customer service and a very fun environment. When I returned to get my items Bobby and Angela walked me through everything step by step. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to purchase my next firearm. Thank you so much!!

BE READY TO NEGOTIATE OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came in to sell a Iceco G020 which goes for about $300 for resale value. When I came in the atmosphere was a bit cold. Though, there was one attendant with a beard who was pretty friendly and helped me adjust a faulty part on my car (The only reason I gave a 1 star). Once it came down to the asking price there was little room for negation and the price given was below 30% of resale value for an item I was SELLING not PAWNING. I even brought in a craftsman electric drill with the charger and battery to get closer to my goal. I received another shorted offer of $10. I decided to take the offer because I was in too tight of a spot to go anywhere else and get a fair price. Please do not be like me and get lowballed for your items. Know what your item is worth and be ready to stand your ground for it even if you have to walk out. I’m very understanding with a business making sure they get a fair deal but their practices were beyond ridiculous.

This is my first experience using a pawn shop. The staff her was very friendly, polite and very helpfull. I was able to get lones and the process was thuroughly explained. I was treated fairly and they were honest about the valuess of some items that i could do better if i sold them myself. They were extreamly patient and help whos infront of them first.

Came in here from OfferUp to look at a bayliner 225 boat for sale, they told me to come anytime within business hours to check the boat out. We came next day with cash in hand, was met with an extremely rude worker. Found boat was completely filled with water in the engine bay and speaker system was as well. I asked Employee if they were firm on price, told me there was an as is price and a cleaned up price. Making it seem like we could make a deal same day, made reasonable offer and  Employee didn’t even try to call anybody to see if the deal could be made. Worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. Can’t believe you can walk in somewhere with cash in hand and they don’t even want to work something out. Complete waste of time and would not recommend to anyone

Sold a BRAND NEW bike to this place and they said $60, then charged me some untold fee giving me $51 for a $200 bike.
Called a week later explaining that I made a mistake and would like to buy the bike back.
They said $158(tag) or $120(over double what they gave me)to get it back.
I went and bought a new bike for my kiddo. This company is a major SHAM.
the lady at the counter seems to think people are deaf, because she speaks AT YOU instead of normal.
To offer people the services I've received from this place, would be disrespectful.
If you value your money, property, peace of mind, do not, I repeat, DO NOT go here for business.
