Rare Antique The good genius that turned everything into gold or the queen bee and the magic dress A Christmas fairy tale. By the Brothers Mayhew. Published by Harper and Brothers, New York. Circa 1(contact info removed), unidentified publication date for this specific copy. I personally think 1847 and the reason it’s date is unidentified is because I’m assuming there was a printing error since all the other copies from 1847 and 1851 all have the illustrations by George Cruikshank in the title but this one does not, even though it is definitely illustrated by George Cruikshank. Just my personal assumption since even OCLC couldn’t identify the date. Front cover has been reinforced at some point with tape, internally still sewn tightly. Minor foxing. Unique and interesting book. Shipping and PayPal available. Thanks for looking!
