I had a great experience at betancourt, they had a variety of cars available and the price range is really good. The salesman Eric was great, explained everything about the car and was completely honest with me. They also don’t have any dealer fee which is a plus. Everyone who works there is nice. When you buying a used car you just have to know that it might come with issues so always do your research before purchasing and have the car checked out by a mechanic. The staff here was really straightforward and I thought that the prices were fair. Make sure that you ask for Alberto he’s an amazing salesman and worked with me to find something in my budget.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from this dealership and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. Thank you for my car I love it🙏🙏

I bought a 17 Honda Ridgeline from this place a month ago…since it arrived I had to put the correct battery in(they had the wrong type and it was barely connected and not starting) I had to change the transmission fluid and get an update just to get it to drive…and the radio is falling out of the dash.  I bought it for my employee to drive to work and on the very first day after fixing all these issues, it broke down and left him stranded on the highway an hour from work

I discussed the initial issues(before it left him stranded) with the company and they offered to buy it back.  But…the way they were treating me made me not trust that they would send my money back.  I paid them in full before they shipped it to me, but they wouldn’t send me anything until they received the vehicle back from me(with me covering the shipping of course)

I’m not saying to stay away…I’m just telling the world what literally just happened to me.

And the salesperson just told me I should have bought a new car instead of theirs

BUYER BEWARE!!! I just purchased a car from these people and was told that it needed a new muffler and that the AC needed a minor fix. I don't know what they consider minor, but it cost me $4,574 for all of the repairs that the car actually needed!
The repairs were made by a company that has been servicing my vehicles for years and I know them to be trustworthy.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake that I did!
