24 volt off-road chair. 6 mph top speed, almost anyway. They say 10 mile range per battery charge . I can say it's closer to 8 -8.5 with lower speed on paved surfaces, actual "off roading" or running on the fastest setting is more like 5-7 mile range. 4 electric motors. steering lock. And reclining functions are on this chair. Comes with charger. Batteries have been replaced in the last couple years and are in good condition. It runs and operates like it should. I'd prefer to trade for utv/sxs or nice gas golf cart. Or utility-sport quad
