Hello and thank you for checking this listing. Yes, this is real, and yes, the Sofa is only $1..if you can pick it up today! I'm moving into a new space for my business, and this sofa was the last owner's. It DEFINITELY needs to be cleaned, but it is a nice sturdy piece of furniture. All you need is a pickup truck. First come, first served. My main goal is to sell the sofa ASAP so I can put what I want in the store. Thank you!
