Lladro Scarecrow and the Lady #5385 RETIRED Mint w/box Thanksgiving & Halloween

LLadro Scarecrow and the Lady # 5795 was first issued in 1986 at a price of $350. It was retired in 1996 when it was selling for $680. This piece is in perfect (like new) condition, but the (original) box shows signs of wear. My story ~ My 90 year old father-in-law got married (YAY!) and is moving in with his new wife. He has asked me to liquidate his Lladro collection. It's massive. He acquired all of the pieces brand new, from the '70s to the early 2000s. I have 77 pieces on hand and believe he has as many about 25 more. I will be listing the rest of them as I have time. Most of his pieces are in like new condition - no chips, fading, scratches, or signs of wear. The vast majority have been stored in their original box for years. The older boxes are not in new condition - you'll see fading, tape, etc. in the photos. Some pieces have the original insert and others don't. If it's not in the photos, it's not provided. I inspect each item closely with a magnifying glass before listing and will point out any flaw I see. I also take high resolution photos from multiple angles so you can verify condition. I am not an expert though, so if I miss something (I don't care if I ever see another porcelain flower, by the way!), I will take the item back on return. All pieces will be shipped Priority Mail in their original box with an outer box for protection. All reasonable offers will be considered.
