Purchasing my car through Rigo was actually a positive experience. He was professional, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. My dissatisfaction is not with the salesperson, but with the dealership itself.

The vehicle was sold with only one key and no spare key provided. Even for a used vehicle, I believe a customer should either receive a spare key or be clearly informed before completing the purchase. Modern key replacements can cost hundreds of dollars, and no new owner should have to absorb that expense immediately after buying a vehicle.

What made the situation even more disappointing was that it took nearly two weeks to get a clear answer from the dealership, only to be told that they would not be providing a spare key. Had I known this from the beginning, I could have chosen to purchase a similar vehicle from another dealership that included a spare key.

As a result, I am leaving a 1-star review for the dealership. However, I want to emphasize that Rigo provided excellent service and was not responsible for this issue.

I am willing to reconsider my rating if the dealership resolves the spare key issue and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction. If the issue remains unresolved, I cannot recommend the dealership to friends or family, nor would I consider returning as a future customer.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and chooses to make things right.

Huge shoutout to Rigo and Nathan at Siri Auto for making our truck buying experience unforgettable and one of a kind.We couldn’t have been more grateful from start to finish they were kind, professionally , and genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicle; it was not just about just making a sale they both really helped us drive off in a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss! You can tell they take pride in the service they provide and they do it all with pleasure. We’ll definitely be sending family and friends their way. Highly recommend!

Ive had a great experience buying from Nathan and his team at Siry, they are very professional, respectful, and most importantly for me, not pushy. I purchased a vehicle that was not only old but not likely to be financed with my bad credit at the time but Nathan and his team made it happen!

I was then in search of an additional vehicle for over a year and Nathan was very patient and professional in keeping in contact with me and checking in with new vehicles that fit our needs as a family and our budget until we finally found a vehicle we loved. Once again Nathan and his team made it happen keeping us within our budget.

I would highly recommend Siry to anyone looking for a new Vehicle and wants a great experience!

Rigo is the man you want to see! Very nice people and accommodating! They waited for me to come from Vegas. Very happy with their attention and service! Love the car!

I spent a a long time searching for a van to kickstart my business and felt hopeless until I stopped by one of the Siry locations where I was expertly and diligently helped by Nathan and Rigo. I got an amazing deal and everything was absolutely seamless. If buying a new vehicle is stressful for you as it is for many, I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this Siry Auto location. Thank you Nathan and Rigo for getting me into my work van! I know where I’m going when I buy my next vehicle.
