I was given this and I haven't taken the time to determine if all the parts are there. It always seemed like something was missing when trying to attach the cutters to the spindle. On top of that, I can't say if it works because it popped the breaker every time I tried. Some of the cutters look like they've never been used. **Very Heavy** $50 OBO
