Fabian and Tedi are very patient and helpful. We have a nice experience buying our Toyota Camry at JAX Exports Inc. Especially thanks to Tedi Nelko, when we found a couple of defects (a gap near the door and a burnt out light bulb) a few days later, he arranged to rectify them good and fast. They run their business right.

Update: A kind employee did end up reaching out to me and quickly responded to my concern. I now have an estimated delivery for my keys and I’m very thankful for Vivian!

Bought a car here 1 1/2 months ago and the process was quick and easy. I live in Georgia and the drive to get here was 7 hours. Unfortunately I still have not received my car’s 2nd key despite being told it would be mailed to me. I tried reaching out to Fabian and called as well and was told by Don that they would give me an update. I never got an update and never got my second key. The drive going to Florida from Georgia is something I can’t fit with my schedule and I wouldn’t even mind getting charged for the cost of mailing. I would just really like an actual update from anyone at the store about my keys.
The car is great and I love her to death but everyday I am thinking about my spare car keys and the lack of answer I’m receiving.

My son and I went in today to purchase a car (for my son.) Had the pleasure of working with Fabian.  Couldn’t have worked out better. Fabian was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did everything he could to work within our budget (which he did.) They also have a great selection of vehicles. I recommend asking for Fabian. You can’t go wrong.

I’m beginning to regret the 5-star rating and the positive feedback I left.  Have had the car for 4 days and it’s already leaking oil in several places.  Was this a known issue that was kept from me or coincidence?  Hard to believe the sales staff was unaware of this. Getting it checked out though. Let’s see how this plays out.

Extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Highly recommend you ask for Jeremy. It was three weeks ago that I wrote this review. I drove my ninety seven miles home and a couple of trips to the grocery store, which was another two or three miles when my tire light came on along with the brake light. It was six o'clock in the morning, and I was on my way out of town. I had to wait until the tire placed opened to find out that I had serious brake problems as well as two bad tires. Also no spare. The a b s light was on as well as the tire light and the brake light. I sent jeremy a text.He said so sorry. I have done the brake job and bought two tires. During the test drive, I mentioned to jeremy that there was a vibration in the tires.He said they put a new one on, but they don't have a way to balance them. If someone put a new tire on, they knew that the rear brake rotors were seriously bad. No doubt, they also knew that one of the tires had the wires coming through the treads.
Considering the safety issue here of sending one-off in a car with serious break problems. Bad tires and no spare, I texted jeremy and ask him to call me. He never did.
So so much for after the sale service. Plus i had asked about the temporary tag and he told me he would let me know thursday.I still don't know.

It has only gotten worse since this review. There's another $2000 repair on the car. But the real problem is, I can't get a tag. The state is now revoking my Driver's license. I have called text, begged them to call and tell me where I am on this.But they will not return a phone call.
I am happy to report that I received a phone call from the owner of Jax's Exports. He was extremely gracious and apologetic, and we made a date to bring the car in to have it repaired. They did repair it, and did it in one day.I'm very appreciative of the owner's consideration.
Therefore, I am going to change this review rating from a 1 to 5.

A couple of years ago we purchased a car from Jax Imports. At the time of purchase we had a great salesman and a good experience. We purchased an extended warranty to cover any mechanical problems that may arise.
22 months later we paid the car in full. Once we received the letter from the lending bank confirming the paid in full status & the subsequent actions needed to be taken, I contacted Jax Imports regarding the extended warranty without getting any results. To date it has been 2 months since paying off the vehicle and my first attempt to speak with the General Manager who I have been told numerous times by several employees is the only person that handles the extended warranty’s. I have made numerous phone calls and left several text messages to date and have not yet even had the courtesy of a status update. I feel like this has been terrible customer service from the General Manager.
I have had to contact the holder of the extended warranty myself. They explained that the dealership is responsible for contacting them and I needed to contact the dealership. Upon my explanation of how this dealership refuses to follow through I was able to handle in less than 10 minutes what the GM of Jax Imports has not done in 2 months.
My review rating is the Sales staff 4*, Product 4* but GM -0*’s. I hope others have a more pleasant & less frustrating experience if they need assistance from the current GM~ Ms Vivian ~ who in my experience does not return phone calls or follow through with text messages.
