I have a 2012 Honda Accord for sale that has 150k miles on it. Automatic transmission. Runs, shifts, and drives like new with no clunks/rattles, and no wheel bearing noises. This is a true 1 owner car!! Rare 3.5 V6 engine!! It is very peppy and has plenty of power. This is an EX-L model so it is the top of the line high option model, including navigation, heated seats, and moonroof. It has always been serviced at the dealership. I do have a thick folder of service records. Lady driven. Non-Smoker and no pets. Very well cared for. I did update the maintenance on it on 4/29 such as the huge big ticket and important maintenance item that is always the first question, which is the timing belt and water pump service. I also replaced the AC compressor and condenser as well as some AC lines and hoses as well as an evacuation and recharging the system so the AC works as it should now. While I was at it, I gave it a fresh oil change, and has new wiper blades. It also has a full tank of gas which is included. The tires(all match), and brakes are all in excellent shape. It also has a brand new battery and the alternator was replaced prior to that about a year ago. No warning lights on the dash and no leaks or drips from underneath. Has no rust. Does have a light to medium sized dent on the rear driver side wheel well as you can see. Please zoom in on the pics to see. Besides normal minor scratches and dings the body is in great shape. The interior has no rips or tears and no funky odors. It also comes with 3 keys with remotes, and all of the owners manuals. You will not find another one of these that has a documented timing belt service and with a service records folder. Clean title, notarized, and ready to go. Private sale. Not a dealer. It will not last long and once you drive it, you will buy it. This car has tons of life left in it and will last a long time for someone.
