I want to let everyone knows, even is someone personal text you and contact you that the shop would open please come in today, it might not be open.
I got a very friendly quick response from Sergio about the car I was looking for. He was very helpful. I confirmed with him I will be there today. He told me come in anytime we open till 6 pm. I went there around 2:30 pm and no one is here. The door was locked !!! I called them 4 times and it keep saying that this phone number can’t answer my phone.
Wow ! I thought I got the wrong address or door. But it is the right place. I drove here from San Carlos with traffic during the holiday season.
It is not nice and very unprofessional to tell me to come over and the shop even not open !
Sergio even is not here today himself ! What the heck !
I’m so glad  I’m not desperate to get a car now.
Maybe you said on Google it showed closed. But if someone personally contacted you few times told you he would be there to help you, that’s different.
If Sergio didn’t contact me, I would definitely call to make an appointment before I get here.
Now  I decide I will not let this ridiculous matter destroy my happiness during this special holiday season.
