By far the easiest and fastest purchase of ALL the vehicles I’ve ever made in my life! The best service and HUGE selection of great vehicles. Outstanding cash prices too! Thank you so much for helping me get into the car I’ve been specifically looking for, you all made it possible.

I bought a Acura MDX but I when test drove it the a/c stopped blowing cold air. So they filled with refrigerant and was told if it leaked out they would fix for no charge. The next day it stopped working so I took back and they fixed at no charge which was great and appreciate them honoring their word but when I picked up they crack my wood grain in several places and the worst part did not even tell me or apologized. Gave them a one star only because they fixed a/c if not it would be a zero.

I was extremely skeptical about not only purchasing a vehicle online but having it delivered from over 600 miles away. KAYALAR MOTORS went above and beyond to assure me they were trustworthy. Not only was my car delivered to my door step at the precise time that I was told but sent pictures and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. They answered every question I had with kindness and patience and that says a lot because I had a ton of them. The only reason I'm giving a four star is because the passenger side window will not go back up and the AC doesn't get cold but that's to be expected with a used older car. If you're shopping online for a vehicle I highly recommend KAYALAR MOTORS they are friendly and very professional and most of all trustworthy. My daughter is very happy with her car and look forward to using them again in the near future for a vehicle for myself.

These guys are worth a look. They were fairly easy to work with. Fran the salesperson was a real hoot. She was extremely personable. She made the sale pleasant. My recommendation would be to make sure that you get their extended warranty, the elite not the gold  version for peace of mind. I had a bit of a snafu and wound up having to get an extended warranty from another vender, Endurance.  I would also recommend making sure you get a second key as a part of the deal (if there isn’t a second key present) or making getting a second key a part of your deal. It can be very expensive to have a second key made for a luxury automobile, trust me, I found out the hard way. Happy car hunting do your homework. Overall, I am pleased with the interaction I had with Kayalar Motors.

Our family friend who is a very renowned Houston defense attorney has purchased several cars of the dealership by accompanied him today when he picked up a beautiful E class Mercedes-Benz car sold in perfect condition in a friendly and respectful manner at a reasonable price. I would also like to mention how respectful the staff and owners are to the customers it is refreshing. It was no pressure and no lying of any kind honest representations of CARS and a very good selection of especially Mercedes BMW Range Rover that all looked to be in top condition. I would recommend that anyone looking for a good used vehicle in Houston try these guys out. I think you will be very impressed and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone shopping for a good used car.
