I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2019 BMW M4 Competition from Arman the sales manager at this dealership. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

I’m extremely happy with my M4 Competition. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The customer service truly stood out and made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Exceptional approvals. They got me approved and I flew down to come pick up the car. Car exceeded my expectations and was in great shape. I worked directly with Shawn and Arman. They were both knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. Entire buying experience was transparent and fast.

Awesome service! Arman was so great with every step of the process; kept me up to date before I even got here. In and out within the day, super fast with documents and disclosures. This place is great!

I recently purchased my BMW X7 completely sight unseen, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. Making a major vehicle purchase from a distance can naturally come with some hesitation, especially when you haven’t had the opportunity to see or drive the vehicle in person. From my very first conversation with Shawn and Arman, however, they made me feel completely comfortable and confident with the entire process.

Shawn was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. He took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the transaction, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was his communication and transparency. He was straightforward about the vehicle, the numbers, the paperwork, and what I should expect throughout the process. Anytime I needed clarification or an update, Shawn was responsive and made sure I had the information I needed.

You can tell immediately that Shawn takes his customers and his reputation seriously. This didn’t feel like someone simply trying to sell me a car and move on to the next customer. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and that everything was handled correctly. When you’re buying a BMW X7 without physically being there, that level of trust and communication makes an enormous difference.

Arman was equally outstanding. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure everything involving the vehicle was handled professionally. He was patient, responsive, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible for me. Between Shawn handling the transaction and Arman making sure everything with the vehicle was taken care of, I always felt like I had two people looking out for me instead of simply being another customer.

What really stood out was how well Shawn and Arman worked together. There was never a point where I felt confused about what was happening or wondered who I needed to contact. They kept me informed, followed through on what they said they would do, and made a potentially stressful long-distance purchase feel surprisingly simple.

When my BMW X7 finally arrived, it was exactly what I had been expecting and hoping for. Seeing the vehicle in person for the first time confirmed that the trust I had placed in Shawn and Arman was well deserved. The condition and presentation matched what had been communicated to me, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision.

I’ve purchased vehicles before, but this experience really stood out because of the personal attention and level of communication I received. Buying a vehicle sight unseen requires a dealership and its people to earn your trust, and Shawn and Arman absolutely earned mine.

I would have no hesitation purchasing another vehicle from them in the future, even if I were buying from across the country again. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from a distance and are nervous about doing everything remotely, I highly recommend speaking with Shawn and Arman. They made what could have been a complicated and stressful transaction feel professional, transparent, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.

Thank you again, Shawn and Arman, for taking such great care of me and making the purchase of my BMW X7 such a great experience. You’ve earned a repeat customer. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super good people here, probably one of the best dealerships I’ve worked with purchasing a car. If you need anything make sure to hit up Shawn, he really helped me out. I purchased this Subaru STI and it is perfect. I had purchased this car from New York, Shawn made sure he took care of me from the 1st time I called to inquire about the car and after the purchase was made. He made absolute sure everything was good to go. Go check them out without hesitation. Thank you Shawn and thank you to Pro MotorCars for this beautiful car.
