Elegant blue dress with ruffle details. V-neck front/back, tie straps (adjustable), back zip, button close. I bought this dress when I first moved to Belgrade as a Diplomat for diplomatic events, receptions, etc. It's perfect for any spring/summer occasion. Pair with a light sweater, jacket, blazer or wear alone. Size 38 = US 8. At the time I weighed 110-115 and it was very flattering. Drapes nicely. Despite the tag, I'd say it's closer to a US size 4-6, which is what I wore at the time. No tears/holes. "Viscose is a great option if you're looking for a lightweight material with a nice drape, a lustrous finish, and a soft feel. A breathable material, which makes it ideal for summer clothing." Knee length. Only worn maybe 3x, though I still love it! Contactless payment using Zelle, Venmo only. Cash acceptable as well
