Currently, I have 3 storage units full of furniture, household equipment, electronics, mattresses/bedding, kitchen, supplies, and more. Instead of selling off the items individually, I am instead going to offer each unit in entirety for 1500 or all 3 for 3500. This includes a water heater, an air conditioning unit, a fish tank, a pool table, arcade, at least eight beds, mattresses - both from kings to twins - dressers, nightstands, and a bunch of decorative items. There’s also some utensils plates cups etc for the kitchen and last, but not least a piano. I’m only selling the entire storage units. I will not be selling off the individual items. Once the units are completely cleared out, I will then give you $500 rebate. This is a step better than bidding on an unknown unit as you’ll be able to see some of the contents ahead of time. However, in order for me to to open up the units, I will either need a deposit ahead of time or payment in full at the location at which point I hand you the keys directly in front of the unit. You then will have one week to get everything cleaned out and. Once you hand the keys back to me I will then give you the $500. The wear and tear these items varies from very light to moderate. There’s some very fine wooden furniture, including one of the beds that was several thousand new and needs very minor enhancements to look brand new again. A long dining table that seats about 16 I think there’s only 10 chairs that match, but there’s plenty of additional chairs. Both the AC and water tank are in working order. The arcade is missing a part. I don’t remember what it is. I think it was under $100 but that’s something you’ll have to figure out on your own. The fish tank has all the parts needed it just needs to be cleaned back up again. Off the top of my head. I do not notice the size. I think it was around 55 gallons. The piano is old needs a tune and need some TLC to get it back in working order. For someone who is Handy, and has the time to repair these items and turn around and sell them there’s easily 20 grand worth of stuff here if not much more. I don’t have the time to do it myself and every month that I stall I’m just eating up the fees in storage so I gave a hard stop and everything must be out before the end of the month because I’m no longer renewing storage. I can answer some questions here or there, but in general, this is take it or leave it scenario. For the right person it makes a lot of sense. One last time I will not be selling off any of these items individually. I have another unit I will be keeping which contains artwork, electronics, and rare furniture. I will do a separate post for that. If someone is interested in items such as that and wants all of these storage units, I’m happy to work out a package deal as well.
