These people really went above and beyond for me. Answered all my dumbass questions, made sure I knew exactly what was going on and happening every step of the process. Basically saved me from a major major major headache and stress that I just didn’t need to deal with. They kept the shop open an hour late for me just to drive there from chandler. I was in a rush so I didn’t  check there prices on a Apple13 mini battery replacement. They charged $139, Apple is $99, and two other stores within two miles were under $70.
I pointed this out when I went to get my phone and asked them for a sale credit and they refused.
Also, I’ve had the same battery problem twice in the last two years and I’d came to them previously for the same problem.  and when I asked them about warranty they just mumbled something about their systems not having the info. Total bullshit.
Their work is quick but the repairs will
Fizzle in a year and everyone else is just as quick for 1/2 the price.
