Do NOT trust Platinum AutoSales. I purchased a vehicle from them four months ago for over $17,000 and it has been a complete nightmare. I have definitive proof and evidence demonstrating I was sold a complete lemon that was unfit to drive from day one.
Within the first week of driving the car, it completely broke down, leaving me stuck on the side of the roads—they essentially sold me a vehicle that left me for dead. After reaching out, they supposedly "fixed" the issue, but the problems persisted. Over the following weeks, I brought the car to their shop once and they came to my house a second time for repairs. Both attempts failed.
It has now been over a month—since September—that I have been completely unable to drive the car. I have owned this vehicle for just four months and the majority of that time it has been unusable, while I am left without transportation and without my hard-earned money.
When I initially reached out regarding the severe mechanical issues, their representative acted like they had done all they could, which is clearly untrue given the car’s current state. Even worse, they told me that nothing was wrong with the car at all. I want to be absolutely clear: I had two witnesses with me who can attest to them denying any issues with the vehicle, despite the obvious mechanical failures.
Platinum AutoSales’ response to this crisis has been negligent and dismissive. They knowingly sold a faulty, dangerous vehicle and are now washing their hands of the problem. Potential buyers should look elsewhere if they expect a reliable product or basic customer service. I demanded a full and fair resolution for selling me this lemon LEGAL ACTIONS STILL WILL BE HAD.

I have to say that honestly, this place is amazing. Their location is conveniently located, and you can tell by the appearance of the way they take care of their lot and the inventory that they take pride in their work. Joe, the guy who runs this place is easy going yet extremely professional. What i really appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy. He was honest, upfront, and answered all our questions. He even showed us the car fax right there on the spot. Most places I've experienced in the past have been on me pressuring to buy like a hobo on a muffin, which I find unprofessional, not to mention annoying because it seems like all they care about is their cut. Not the case with Platinum. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a reliable vehicle at a decent price to go check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

We recently had to buy a car for our daughter since her previous car was totaled. We contacted Platinum Auto Sales to come look at a car that they had listed online. Joe said he would have it ready when we got there. He let us test drive it and we loved it. I told him it would take a few days for our finance company to get us the check for the vehicle. Joe offered to hold the vehicle for us without any deposit. The check took longer to get to us than we expected but Joe still held the vehicle for us. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.

Absolutely amazing experience buying our car here. We bought our 2002 Honda odyssey from them, not only did they work with our budget when originally buying the van, they also are very friendly and professional. When we bought the van we knew there may have been an issue with the battery, a couple weeks later the battery went out completely and they ended up buying us a brand new one and putting it in for us.
If I could give them more stars I would. They were hands down the best people I’ve ever bought a vehicle from.
