Max was VERY thorough and transparent about the financial part of the process. No hidden fees, showed me what my numbers are going to be and was honest about what my best options are. And Max went above and beyond when I had a minor issue and drove by my place in Chicago AND also reimbursed half of the expense that I had purchased.
