I'm a regular Toyota leaser since I've been able to drive a car and the Toyota of Portland has always exceeded my expectations. I have always gotten a good deal with whomever I have worked with. I just leased my 4th car from Toyota of Portland and I had the pleasure of working with KR and his supervisor Errol Atter. KR was respectful, honest and got me a better deal than I negotiated for. They are the opposite of what you usually read about car sales people, they are wonderful and trust worthy. They are very transparent with the fees and expenses. I have never been surprised by a fee or charge when my lease is up. KR worked with me beyond his responsibility to make the transition and paperwork easy. I went in to see my options and came home with a brand new car. He even offered to help  me move my stuff from the old car to the new one. The experience was actually fun and I honestly enjoyed my conversations with him and Errol. I know I will be going back and if you are looking to lease or buy look no further. They are awesome!

I had a terrific experience today with Josh, my Service Advisor at Toyota of Portland. I brought my 2020 RAV4 in for a 60,000-mile service, and Josh made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to walk me through everything that was recommended, explained why each service was important, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured.

What really stood out was how courteous, honest, and customer-focused he was throughout the entire experience. He also made sure I had a loaner car, which I  appreciated.

I just got my first Toyota! My brother called to help me get set up with the car I wanted and he worked with Minh on the phone two days before I came in. I arrived for my appointment and Minh had my car ready for a test drive and all the paperwork ready to go. I was there for less than 2 hours very quick and very personable. If you work with Minh be ready with the name of your favorite restaurant he’s on the look for new exciting places to try!
