Unsafe car, hidden issues, very disappointed

I bought a 2014 Mercedes‑Benz E350 from Armadillo Auto Sales on October 3, 2025. The car was presented as ready to drive, but within two months I’ve run into multiple serious problems.
The engine turns out to be a junk‑yard replacement (you can still see the yellow junk‑yard writing once the cover is off), there is noticeable oil leakage, and after an oil change two months ago the oil level is already almost at the minimum. I’ve already had to replace coils and spark plugs, the alignment is badly off, and the emergency brake does not work at all. For a car I just bought, this is unacceptable and feels like it was misrepresented and not properly inspected for safety. I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before considering any vehicle from them.

I bought a 2012 Lincoln from Husam and the process was made very easy for me, I am working 65+ hour weeks and most Saturdays on top of that and my only vehicle died on me, and is not worth fixing. I have a stay at home wife and a daughter in school and no car just doesn’t work for us. Without time to come in and kick tires and do paperwork Husam got me into a great vehicle at an awesome price. I will be buying all of my vehicles through Armadillo from now on and working directly with Husam because he is willing to work hard for me and I really appreciate it. I have put the car through its paces and it’s super solid, clean and a pleasure to drive! This isn’t a dealership where you get the hard sell on a not so great vehicle and are pressured to make a decision, they want to get you into the best vehicle you can afford and will work to do so

I bought a Subaru Outback from Armadillo back in January, and I'm really happy that I bought it from Armadillo! The car was used, and so obviously needed a little tune up and repair after I purchased, but that comes with buying a used car. I am so grateful for the experience I had with Garrett and Husam, as I was in the market for a specific car and was lucky enough to see it online that morning and made the trip up to get it. I was pretty much sold on the car before I left, but I had already made a plan to go see another car at another shop. They were gracious and kind, and told us to call if we wanted another look or to come back, not at all pushy. I ended up coming back because the car here was in much better condition and the other sales place was way too pushy - both of the cars had lower mileage but were obviously not in as good of shape and didn't ride as well, and rather than just let me walk out they followed and kept asking me questions. I came back to Armadillo and it was only after they sold me the car that they told me there had been two other folks who had looked at it and were planning on coming back the next day to see it again. I appreciated how they didn't try to push me into a sale, and instead respected my time. Shout out to Garrett, who was a great salesman and navigator for the test drive, too! (I've now gotten three calls from the other place, even after telling them I've already bought a car, way too pushy!) Thank you Armadillo and team!
