Free-Standing Punching Bag with Base.

FightCamp free-standing punching bag in good condition. Base is already filled with sand, so it's ready to train on as soon as you get it home. No ceiling mount or drilling needed. Bag is about 67 inches tall. Solid and stable, it barely moves when you hit it. Great for boxing, kickboxing, and cardio workouts, and it works with the FightCamp app or on its own. Includes the bag, sand-filled base, and the FightCamp Bag Ring, which sits under the base and keeps the bag from sliding when you hit it hard. Normal cosmetic wear: some light scuff marks on the back of the bag and minor scuffs on the base. No rips, tears, or leaks. Padding is in good shape. PICKUP ONLY in Lakewood. The sand-filled base is very heavy. Please bring a hand truck or dolly and a second person. It rolls on its edge, but it's a two-person job to load.
