I didn’t want to write this review but unfortunately, I have to. I just don’t want others to experience what I’ve experienced. I purchased a car in December 2024 I took the car to the shop because the car seem to not be driving so well only for them to inform me that the car was in an accident that wasn’t reported and there was a whole  bunch of  glue and damage and things hanging underneath the car. it looked a mess when they showed me underneath $2600 worth of  repairs not to mention I haven’t even had. anything under the hood looked at also they put a $2000 theft protection in your contract. They slip it in on you which is very dishonest. They don’t even give people an option to choose. They are very nice at first and go through your paperwork very quickly to make a sale but once you leave, good luck, I’m not going to slander this business, but I am going to warn others if I were you I wouldn’t purchase a car here at all. Read the yelp reviews and read the Google reviews. There’s reviews on car gurus BBB also I only saw the good reviews when I was considering buying a car from here. I wish I would’ve saw the other reviews just because a car looks nice. Doesn’t mean that it drives well and just because you receive good customer service doesn’t mean you received a good car I personally feel like they get cars from the auction or junkyard or cars that have been in accidents or that are salvaged or that have problems and they do the bare minimum and then sell them because what I saw underneath my vehicle the guy at the collision shop told me there’s no way they could’ve sold you a car in this condition. . I’m not able to get an alignment and it’s thrown all out of guys tells be I need a subframe ; car is outta whack ; so I have to fix a bunch of stuff collision wise for an accident. I didn’t even have or that wasn’t reported. Also I recommend you guys purchasing a warranty outside of this place so that if anything goes wrong, your car will be covered because I definitely don’t trust these people so I will be purchasing the warranty just in case because you never know do your research but trust me don’t buy a car from here. You will regret it and I actually bought a nice car from here but it’s not about how the car looks. It’s about how the car performs. 10,000 down now I have to fix other things and I’ve only driven the car less then 10 times That’s just really too bad  businesses are dishonest About the  right now money more then repeat customers! I’ll never purchase here again!!!  This places is a total scam!!! Don’t trust these people!!  Listed are photos that the shop found this car was in a accident that wasn’t on the car fax the guy showed me photos of glue where they tried to just put something together quickly to sell it

Very helpful, and friendly service!!! I traveled about 4 hours to purchase my vehicle with Vista Motors, and was received with a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend them.

It was an over all good experience. I told them I was already pre-approved and I knew exactly what I wanted and if they would work with me I’d drive it off their lot in 1 hour. Sure enough Luis was professional and did not pressure me. He called my Bank and basically was like yeah you good to go and I told him what price I was looking for and they met me there. Made the whole experience easy and simple.  It was a good experience. Big major dealership are losing business to smaller ones because their finance department.

Nick the sales man showed me two different range rovers and was very helpful, not pushy, made the process fast and easy. Make sure you come and ask for him. With no doubt I will come back to purchase future vehicles. This change after I had proof of them selling me a vehicle with engine problems
Well, I must say that the same day I took my car home the engine started making noise.
They picked up the car and a tow truck. I said they took it too the dealer and had a sensor replaced.
The Engine was still making noise and when I removed The oil cap the noise got louder.
I wanted to return the car, but they say I couldn’t because I bought it AS IS!! When I bought it, I asked if they had a warranty and they say no, but don’t worry about it. If the car has anything wrong we’ll take care of you.  I guess I should’ve read the reviews on Yelp. I took my car to a mechanic. They had it for almost 3 months and couldn’t get away. I didn’t think much of it because it was giving me time to save more money. After the three months, I took my car back. I took it to Another shop they had it for a week and nothing and this is in the City Of  Bakersfield where I live. I decided to take the car to A shop in the city of Van Nuys, California.
They fixed it within a week. I almost forgot the first shop replaced the starter and the battery starter $400 battery almost $300 third Shop took the engine apart and sure thing the timing chain guides were worn out, Just like I suspected. If I would’ve drove the car, I would’ve ruined the engine and then my only two choices would’ve been replacing the engine or rebuilding it.  From the time that I bought the car to the time that I fixed it which was like a few days ago, 8 months had passed by. I had only put About 1100 miles on the vehicle. I called the dealer, hoping they would help me out? I would have been satisfied even if they gave me 2500 even though I spent close to 6000 Between both shops.
What was replaced on the 2016 Range Rover sport was Timing chains, Timing chain guides, Radiator because he had a small cracked, 2 injectors That broke when taking everything apart a few cooling hoses and I did replace the water pump that was working OK, but it should be done once the engine is open. Be aware they will sell you this tracking device without letting you know the cost is over 1500 and put it in your contract, It’s called TheftPatrol.
STAY AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP READ ALL REVIEWS DON’T FALL FOR IT.. Go on Yelp.
I wish I had done so. I got screwed over, but they lost customers because two of my family members needed Vehicles and they got them somewhere else

I was very happy with my experience here at vista motors. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and I was able to book my appointment. Luis was very kind to my wife and I and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. I was a little iffy about coming here after reading some of the reviews but my experience here was nothing but great. Everyone was really nice and I was able to purchase a great quality car. I didn’t feel pushed or pressured to buy anything. When buying a used vehicle it is very important to do your research in the overall quality of the car, the Kelly book price, and consumer reviews. We came in knowing what the car was worth and they met those fee’s. Thanks again to Luis!
