Google Reviews

Just purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze and had a great experience. The business owner and salesman were very helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great vehicle at a great price.

Their sales representative lied about the condition of a vehicle I purchased from Primo Auto. I soon learned the car had significant internal damage and was totaled before it left the lot. I believe I was sold a broken car under false pretenses. I’m suing this place right now and it’s moved past pretrial. Avoid at all costs.

I see the review under mine and what the young lady is saying. That was not my experience. They were nice people. Not pushy. Couldn’t care less if I bought the car or not because they knew it would sell. Didn’t even call me since I left to ask me was I coming back. That is unheard of. I got dealers calling me from two years ago. I test drove a one owner 2004 Subaru Outback. The car was 2400 bucks. One owner, with every single maintenance record there was. The car was very clean on the inside. I would say 8 of 10. It is almost impossible to buy that car for that price one owner with records. The only reason I didn’t buy it was because I couldn’t afford the keep up. They were also willing to let me owe money down and make a few payments. Nobody else does that on that type of car. These are fine people and I hate used car dealers and mechanics all the same. The young lady had to have the worst luck in the world. That does happen sometimes with used cars.

*DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT* I bought a car from this place a month ago and have been having issues since the second week of having the car. Breaks started to go out/squeak loudly and car losing power out of nowhere. I contacted the owner and let him know what the car was doing and sent him photos of what was showing up on the dash and he asked me to bring it in to get checked by their mechanic. I bring it, they say nothings wrong it and it could be the wheels. So I take it to auto zone because the car is not shifting into gear properly and again losing power and now the battery symbol is on the dash. I find out I need a brand new alternator. I let the owner know and all he says is it’s your responsibility to fix it. I was driving on the freeway today and was almost rear ended because the car completely lost power while driving on the freeway. My kids and I could’ve been severely injured or possibly injured someone else. Granted buying used cars are always hit or miss but I’ve been buying used cars for years and have NEVER had to replace the alternator 30 days after having the car. He tried telling me that they just go out like I’m some kind of idiot. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. He will lie and try to make it seem like he’s doing you a favor or like the price of the car is a deal when he knows damn well the car isn’t anywhere near worth the sales price. I AM GETTING AN ATTORNEY BECAUSE IM TIRED OF LOW-LIFES THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. The world is the way that it is now because of people like the owner of this place. No class, no care and poor quality cars for ridiculous prices.

I have been very happy with Primo car sales. I’ve bought two cars from them and so far so good. The vehicles I’ve gotten have low mileage and reliable. Stop by and see them, you won’t regret it!
