Description
Kalanchoe luciae 'Oricula' is a mutation of Kalanchoe luciae discovered by Ron van Leeuwen. Appearance: Leaves curl back around themselves to create a distinctive, somewhat untidy "tongue" or "ear" shape. Coloration: They are typically grey-green to yellowish-green with red margins and can sometimes turn a vibrant red color, particularly in cool winter temperatures. Light: Thrives in full to partial sun. Watering: Very low water needs; allow soil to dry completely between waterings to prevent root rot. Temperature: Not cold-hardy; best kept in pots and moved indoors if temperatures drop below 30°F (-1.1°C). Propagation: Can be propagated using offsets (pups) that grow when the plant matures.
