I called Riverside Nissan and spoke with Marcos. I gave him the details on my Nissan Pathfinder, which I've had since I bought it, and he told me to bring it in — that they'd take care of me. I dropped it off Friday morning, and by 3 PM the same day, it was done. The A/C was blowing cold again!

From drop-off to pick-up, there was clear communication. Even when we weren't speaking directly, the app they use to track the progress was very helpful and kept me updated throughout.

This was my first visit to Riverside Nissan. I was looking at mid size pickup trucks and Liz showed me several Frontier trucks. I have to say that she was very friendly and patient with me while I tested all the features to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. In the end, I decided on a pre-owned  Frontier Pro-X and Liz and Cesar worked with us to get a good deal. I am very happy with how my family was treated and with the truck. I will definitely be back the next time I am looking for a vehicle.
