Hiiii! I just moved last month, and I have been playing Goldilocks with what I want for a couch. I bought this futon and put it together, but I’m not keeping it. Instead of trying to deal with returning it, I figured why not come here. I got it for 175 or so. I literally sat on it one time. It works fine, comfortable, etc. but just not the right fit for my space. Pick up location is around Dean Martin and Harmon, (a couple blocks west of the cosmo)
