Top needs a new coat of paint and a couple of the chairs are a tad wobbly but could be fixed. Cushions are all in excellent condition. Table has interior storage as well. Remember, this is a PROJECT piece. It does need love. But with a little work, this is a fantastic set. We originally paid $1,200. Firm on price. Messages with offers will be ignored. Located near Old Stage and Ten Ten Rd in the South Raleigh/Garner area. MUST BE ABLE TO LOAD AND TRANSPORT. Will not deliver.
