• Rogue “The 3x3 Strip 2.0” (36” length) — genuine Rogue Fitness steel strip, Westside hole spacing • CFT laser-cut steel pivot/swing bracket — bolts directly to your 3x3” 5/8” upright, lets the strip rotate freely so you can load plates and step into position • Mounting hardware (grade 8 bolts, hex nuts) included How it works: bracket mounts to your rack upright, strip pivots on the bracket, load plates on the far end. Add your own weight horn/peg and a dip belt and you’ve got a full belt squat setup — clip the dip belt to the near-end holes on the strip and squat. Also doubles for rows, pullovers, and other lever-arm work. Lightly used, all hardware tight, no cracks or bent metal. Buyer will need to supply their own weight horn/plate peg and dip belt (not included) — both are cheap and easy to find (Rogue, Titan, etc.).
