I have assembled it right out of the box and has never been used. This is an Allen 542RR Deluxe 4 hitch-mounted rack designed for 2" receivers, carrying up to 4 bikes (35 lbs each). Its folding arms drop down when not in use, while the tilt-away design lets you access your rear cargo area without removing bikes. Anti-sway cradles secure bikes at 3 points to prevent bike-to-bike contact during transport. (If the Ad is up the item is available)
