In perfect condition. It may need a new 10” blade after a few more uses. Comes complete with everything advertised including the optional rolling stand (normally a $70 option). This saw has only been used on one tile job for a pool deck. It worked flawlessly and is still in excellent working order. Save a lot of money on your next tile job. This saw can handle any job, big or small. It’s a better option than to rent!
