For sale is a vintage nautical clinometer distributed by the historic J. Bliss & Co. of Dedham, MA. This specialized maritime instrument was used to measure a ship's angle of list or tilt, with a scale ranging up to 50 degrees on either side. Features & Condition: Brand: J. Bliss & Co., Inc. (Model Fig. 231CJ) Design: Features a weighted metal pendulum on a graduated plastic arc. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The original cardboard packaging is included and shows an authentic aged patina, perfect for collectors or nautical decor. Historical Note: J.
