Hey everyone in the auto group, I wanted to share my honest thoughts on my Colorado work truck. 🚗✨ I had a five star experience in my opinion Luis was my Car buying experience helper. I had a magnificent experience due to the fact that the cars are top-quality cars. For great prices everyone there had positive attitudes and great communication skills on top of their busy schedules so I cannot thank them enough for the experience I had gotten from buying a car from them. Thank you all in auto groups for my new beautiful dream truck. HEY EVERYONE, I JUST WANT TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FROM THE MOMENT I DROVE MY CAR OFF THE LOT.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang, and the check engine light came on the very same day. A diagnostic scan showed a misfire, so I immediately contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle back. They kept my car for a week, re assured me the issue was fixed, and returned it to me. The check engine light came back on almost immediately.

This happened three separate times. Each time, I was given a different explanation, told the vehicle had been repaired, and sent home with the same unresolved problem. Weeks later, I am still dealing with the exact issue that existed on the day the vehicle was sold to me.

The most frustrating part of this experience has been the dealership’s lack of accountability. Rather than properly resolving the problem, I was met with inconsistent explanations, poor communication, and repeated promises that the vehicle was fixed when it clearly was not. My experience with Albert and the dealership left me with little confidence in their honesty, professionalism, or commitment to their customers.

Despite all of this, the dealership has still failed to properly resolve an issue that existed from the day the car was sold to me. They don’t want to start a return and told me they can’t fix the car anymore. I’m putting a lawsuit for scam from this dealership. If anybody has gone thru the same problem contact me.
Please take your hard earned money somewhere else !!

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this dealership.

We called ahead of time to make an appointment to see a specific car, and we were told that the vehicle was available and that they would be expecting us. We drove out to the dealership, test drove the car, and came back ready to move forward.

When we returned, we noticed another man waiting to look at the same vehicle. Our salesman told him that we were still looking at it and that he could take a look if we decided not to purchase it. We immediately told our salesman that we wanted to buy the car, so he went inside to scan our driver's license and begin the process.

Then, when we went inside to complete the paperwork, we were suddenly told that the car was already being sold.

What made this even more disappointing was that we could clearly see the same man who had been waiting outside completing paperwork with another salesman. So while we were being told that we were moving forward with the purchase, another salesperson was apparently selling the same car to someone else at the same time.

We didn't even get the opportunity to negotiate, discuss financing, or complete the purchasing process.

We understand that dealerships want to make money and sell vehicles. That's business. But there is a difference between doing business and treating customers with honesty, transparency, and basic respect. If the dealership's priority is simply making the quickest sale, regardless of the customer experience or the commitments made by their own sales staff, then that says a lot about how they operate.

Honestly, as disappointing as this experience was, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. We would rather walk away from a business that operates this way than give our money to a dealership whose actions left us feeling completely disrespected and misled.

We came in genuinely interested in buying a vehicle and were prepared to give them our business. Instead, we left feeling like our time and trust meant absolutely nothing.

Very disappointing experience. We expected much better.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 10 years, buying multiple used cars from the owner, Richard, and his brother. Unfortunately, as they have grown, their customer service and ethics have gone completely down the drain.

I recently bought a used 2017 Golf GTI here as a gift for my son. Because of my long history with the dealership, I trusted them completely. During document preparation with the finance manager, Michel Crew, I explicitly stated that I did not want any additional fees or add-ons. Despite this, Michel slipped a PAC contract (Anti-Theft Protection Warranty) into my paperwork, sneaking an extra $1,794 onto the final cost.

Furthermore, I arrived with a pre-approval from Capital One Auto, but Michel convinced me to switch to Westlake Financial by promising a lower rate. He then rushed me through the signing process, pointing to signature lines without explaining what I was signing and hiding the fraudulent PAC contract in the stack.

When I purchased the vehicle, I had to leave it for a week so they could detail it and fix the hood retainer. The paperwork was folded up, placed in an envelope, and stashed directly into the glove compartment. It wasn't until I got the car home and finally read the contract that I discovered the $1,794 charge.

When I discovered the fraud, I immediately tried calling. For weeks, I have been given the runaround by salespeople claiming Michel will call me back. He has completely ghosted me. On top of that, the hood retainer was never even fixed—they claimed they "had to order it" and never followed up.

Steer clear of this place. Their management relies on deceptive lending practices and takes advantage of loyal customers. I am officially launching formal complaints with both the lender and the DMV regarding this fraudulent contract.

I bought a Honda Accord from All In Auto Group and wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review. When I purchased the car, they promised to replace the brakes and rotors. I had the car inspected, and sure enough, they followed through exactly as promised. It’s great to deal with a dealership that actually keeps their word.

The car drives really well and I’m very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used car and honest service.Gerardo was the salesman that helped me and the person that worked the numbers was Albert. Thanks again.
